Cliff Papik, senior consultant. Cliff has over 25 years of experience as a management consultant, manager, and entrepreneur in a wide variety of industries. He has worked on medical practice management issues since 1996. His areas of focus include organizational strategy and planning, and performance measurement. He is particularly interested in developing tools to enable practice managers to evaluate the key elements that drive their performance.
Cliff is a graduate of Dartmouth College. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in International Economics from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He is based in San Diego, CA.
