Practice Assessments

Our comprehensive practice assessments give the practice an understanding of which operational areas are working well, which need improvement, and how better results can be achieved. We examine these critical "systems" from patient flow to billing, at the level of detail the client requires.

If our clients prefer a more focused approach, we can perform operational assessments in key functional areas that need attention, such as A/R management, as well as develop action plans for improvement. A/R Management

The financial performance of a practice is most easily affected by the quality of its transaction processing systems, from encounter documentation through billing to collections. To describe these tasks and processes, we use the shorthand "accounts receivable management" or A/R management.
